πŸ“¦ General Delivery Conditions

  • No delivery to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or locked bags.

  • Our delivery vehicle must be able to park safely within 20 metres of your delivery access point. Delivery locations must be safe, clean, and free of hazards (e.g., pets must be securely restrained).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and subject to external factors such as traffic, weather, and courier logistics.

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to property during delivery, including floors and walls.

  • Deliveries must be received by you or a nominated adult (18+ years) with valid photo ID. We may request the credit card holder to be present.

  • Any damages or order inconsistencies must be reported at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may be considered acceptance of the goods.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee will apply.

πŸ“¦ What’s Included in Delivery?

  • Items are delivered in original packaging.

  • No unpacking, assembly, or removal of old furniture or packaging is included.

  • All items must fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, etc. If not, drivers will leave the item as close as possible to your requested location.

  • Delivery personnel may refuse access to unsafe or restricted areas.

Note: If you need to reschedule delivery, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery fees.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times depend on:

  • Product availability

  • Dispatch schedules

  • Your delivery location

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed.

πŸ“¬ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order:

  • The delivery will be returned to our warehouse.

  • You will need to reschedule and pay an additional delivery fee.

We strongly encourage customers to ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
